Installation Instruction
Precaution Before Installation:
Photos show a typical install; this is a gasoline Hyundai V-6.
All vehicles will vary but the installation principals are the same. Choose a suitable location for mounting your ELC Fuel Saver
Wires #1 and #4 are fastened to the Left and Right Fuel Line Brackets, this will vary greatly depending on your vehicle design.
Carefully unfastening a bolt from the air inlet housing and then retighten with #3 Wire is attached to a Valve Cover bolt
#6 Wire attaches to the radiator, make sure it connects to metal on the outer frame of the Radiator. Be careful not to puncture or drill into the radiator body. Most new Radiators are not grounded to the car body,
#5 Wire connects to a bolt from the Oil Pan as close to the oil pump as possible Use wire ties and neatly arrange wires, then check all conections. IMPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTION : If you must raise the vehicle up off of the ground to install any wires under your vehicle MAKE SURE YOU SUPPORT THE RAISED VEHICLE WITH PROPER SAFETY JACK STANDS , never take chances. Failure to do so could result in serious injury or death! Make sure that your ELC Fuel Saver red indicators flash intermittently. The fuel saver works 24 hours a day automatically. There is no need for any daily maintenance.
